My Approach
At times, you may encounter issues that feel too difficult or complex to share with those around you. Sometimes having a safe and confidential space to work through these things can feel incredibly helpful and healing.
In our sessions, you can expect to be heard, understood and accepted without any judgement. My role as a person-centred therapist is to facilitate an open and non-directive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns at your own pace. Whether you're dealing with everyday stressors or facing deeper emotional challenges, I'm here to work through these issues with you and provide support along the way.
Getting Started
The counselling process will unfold differently for each person, based on your own unique needs and expectations. I know from personal experience that finding the right therapist is key and would encourage you to explore until you find someone you feel comfortable with, who you can trust, and perhaps might even challenge you at times (if that feels helpful).
I’m happy to work with clients on either a long-term or short-term basis and I’m available for in-person or online sessions. I encourage you to reach out and schedule a free consultation, where we can discuss your goals and concerns and answer any questions you might have about therapy. This will give you a sense of who I am and whether working together feels right for you.

Relationship Difficulties, Communication and Attachment Styles
I can help you explore patterns in your relationships and support you in understanding your attachment style, strategies to express your needs more clearly, and ways to build more secure and fulfilling connections.
Navigating Neurodivergence
While there are no limitations to what you can bring to therapy, I have specific interest and experience supporting clients in the following areas:
I offer space to explore and navigate periods of uncertainty and transition, helping you to reflect, adjust and move forward in the ways that feel right for you.
Together, in an affirming space, we can explore your identity and address any questions around gender and sexuality at your own pace.
I take a non-pathologizing approach to understanding your experiences as a neurodivergent person, helping you better navigate a world that often isn't build for difference.
